__400 "likes"? Here's the book for free!
To celebrate the first 400 "likes" of Max Capacity
Training, I've decided to release the full book online for free.
YEAH! It's completely free and I don't even want your name or your e-mail
address. But there is a catch: I'm going to post the book in chunks. For
the first 400 likes, you guys get the first chunk of the book. I'll put
up the 2nd chunk once we reach 600 likes. Shouldn't be too hard.
What's in the book that's not already on the web site?
This web site gives you a full 12 weeks of Max Capacity Training workouts. The book completes the website. You'll learn about the philosophy and the science behind the workouts. You'll learn what to eat to be in tip top shape and you'll be introduced to some pretty cool new tools. I don't want to spoil it, so why don't you give it a read? It's free anyway.
